to get shortcuts in your start menu just right click and remove the old aols and junk and drag stuff from a folder or desktop and drag that shortcut to the start on bottom left and drop it

now to put a picture in your page do it this way
choose file..... then import the picture in FrontPage then it will be on the left with the rest of your folders and pages then u can hit the pic icon then choose from the list above and not get it off ur computer which can make it show up on your computer but not others ...just a tip i learned...oh yeah u need adobe 6.5 to put music in your webpage so dont even try it without it...just cut it up then export to audio..pick windows wave form
